Kenworth Northeast is seeking an Outside Sales Representatives to grow our customer Truck Sales base at multiple locations in NY and MA. This is your chance to represent a premier truck brand backed by a full-service dealership offering sales, parts, and service solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with fleet operators and owner-operators
- Identify and pursue new B2B truck sales opportunities
- Sell through dealer and distributor networks
- Cross-sell dealership services including parts and maintenance
- Stay informed on market trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in truck sales or a related industry with proven success
- Strong knowledge of local markets and customer needs
- Experience with dealer/distributor networks
- Ability to close 65% of qualified sales opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-building skills
- CDL a plus

Competitive Pay
Base salary $25,000–$50,000 + commission potential ($100,000–$150,000 total earnings)
