The platform needed to access many other Paccar software programs. As noted, where applicable.
Web ECat
Provides detailed parts breakdowns and BOMs for chassis assigned to a customer in the system. Included with ePortal.
OPC
Online Parts Counter (OPC) is linked with Web ECat to place orders with visibility to store inventory. Included with ePortal.
DAVIE4/ESA
Provides access to diagnostic software for cab of the truck and MX engines. Requires ePortal.
Quickserve
Provides access to Cummins parts lookup, software, and service manuals.
Insite
Provides access to Cummins engine diagnostic software.
Allison Diag
Provides access to diagnostic software for Allison transmissions.
TruckTech+
Provides remote diagnostics, over-the-air-updates, and service management for engine and aftertreatment systems.
