Can I get a parts quote online?
Due to the complex nature of truck parts quotes, we are not able to provide quotes online. If you contact the Location you are purchasing from, they will provide pricing for the truck parts you need.
Can I buy parts online?
Online parts sales from Kenworth Northeast are available through Paccar's Online Parts Counter.
How do I sign up for Online Parts Counter?
Online Parts Counter is available from Kenworth Northeast to customer with an account on file. To request access, click here.
How do I schedule a service appointment?
The quickest way to get scheduled for service is by contacting the location you would like to bring your truck to. You can also submit a service request online. There may be a 12-24 hour response delay for online requests, depending on the time of day and day of the week you submit your request.
Do you offer Mobile Service?
Kenworth Northeast locations offer Mobile Service, to complete common service requests on-site at your location. Learn more about Mobile Service here.

Can I make a payment online?
Yes! Go to Online Bill Pay to get started. Credit card payments cannot be used for the purchase of new or used trucks.
How do I open a charge account?
Charge accounts can be available to customers in good standing with a healthy credit score. To learn more, contact the store you purchase from. Requests cannot be handled online.
